Hound Dog Steak((Urban Legion)) has been enjoyed for decades by cowboys and cowgirls in the Western United States, especially on cattle drives and in small western towns. We can certainly imagine cowboys and ranchers sitting around a roaring campfire enjoying Hound Dog Steak with the "boys" as they listen to the coyotes howling not far away.


===== Ingredients =====
  * 1 steak, raw. Size and quality not important
  * 1 Hound dog, very large hound dog preferred
  * 1 Bottle of [[benev_expert:eat:preparein:products:Whiskey]]. Size and quality not important

===== Equipment =====

  * 1 cast iron fry pan, size large enough for the steak
  * Strong heat source such as a Stove, grill or camp fire

  - Cook the steak until medium rare
  - Feed the steak to the Hound Dog
  - Drink the bottle of [[benev_expert:eat:preparein:products:Whiskey]]
